Handel Street, Indooroopilly

Inertia Engineering has been involved with the 5-lot subdivision at Handel St, Indooroopilly; from the early stages of due diligence, throughout the DA process and delivering the tendering and construction drawings. We then provided our services for contract administration and completed the final certification for the on-site civil construction works. We collaborated to address the constraint of a sewer main traversing through the site and took action to redirect the sewer main, effectively resolving the issue and preventing any negative impact on the land value.
