Lambert Street, Kangaroo Point

Inertia’s civil engineering team has undertaken the lead civil engineering component for the new iconic residence at Brisbane’s Kangaroo Point. Comprising three 10 storey towers, totalling 200 residential apartments, the project is being developed by Pikos Group with Kowalski Architects and Laud Ink providing the stunning design concepts. 

Designed to function independently the towers have separate servicing strategies and will benefit from deep planting, outdoor communal spaces and rooftop terraces to make the most of their riverfront location. Lead by project team leader, Daley Curran, we undertook a full analysis of the site to understand and map existing sewer and stormwater network and to identify any potential flood risks. Based on this they proposed diversion and management strategies that ensure the project would meet approval criteria, without compromising the integrity of the overall project design.
