Gaia, Kangaroo Point
Inertia led the civil works for the new iconic residential development at Kangaroo Point, featuring three 10-storey towers, with 200 residential apartments. Designed to function independently, the towers have separate servicing strategies and will benefit from deep planting, outdoor communal spaces, and rooftop terraces to make the most of their riverfront location.
Our team conducted a comprehensive site analysis to assess the existing sewer and stormwater systems and identify flood risks. Based on this, we developed diversion and management strategies to meet approval criteria without compromising the project’s design integrity.
