Lister Street, Sunnybank

Inertia Engineering is bringing this design to reality as our housing team were engaged for structural and civil works by VIMG and McCarthy Homes in this development of 20 townhouses at Lister St, Sunnybank.

One of the key elements of the design is the use of innovative foam cladding, which allowed a square frame design to have a curved façade. Prefabricated off-site, each element was made to measure, allowing for simple construction and timesaving over more complex and traditional cladding materials.
