Inertia delivered structural and civil services for this 20-townhouse development. A standout feature of the project was the use of innovative foam cladding, which enabled a square frame design to incorporate a striking curved façade. Prefabricated off-site and custom-made for each element, this approach simplified construction and significantly reduced time compared to traditional cladding method.
