The Reserve – Old Gympie Rd, Dakabin

Inertia Engineering has been involved with this 39 lot subdivision project from the early stages of the development application which included detailed flood modelling to support all the proposed work over the site as well as supervising the construction works to split off the sub-division site from the proposed childcare centre site (Lot 37).

We then provided full services throughout the project as it moved through the tendering phase and into construction acting as the Superintendent covering Contract Administration through construction.

This year the land subdivision was completed both on time and on budget. Although a challenging site, it goes to show how it is possible to achieve great outcomes by being innovative in terms of project design and site management.
