The Rhythm on Beach, Maroochydore

We are delighted to have worked on the civil, structural and fitout engineering for these contemporary new apartments on Maroochydore beach. Designed by Kenton Cox Architects for RGD Group, it is comprised of 72 apartments and 1 commercial tenancy across 8 levels plus car parking and amenities.

Inertia Engineering was able to save a significant amount of money throughout this design by squeezing the structure and getting out of the groundwater table. This was a priority for Inertia during the tender period due to a high water table in conjunction with the speed and execution to construction commencement requirement mitigation on additional costs.

Construction of these apartments is now complete and is a fantastic addition to Sunshine Coast.
