Aspire is a 9-storey tower featuring 63 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with 3 levels of basement parking. Inertia was engaged to Project Manage the acquisition of the site, Development Approval, Operational Works Approvals, Building Works Approval and through construction to completion.

Leveraging our local expertise, we saved the developer over $200k by overturning Brisbane City Council’s requirement for road widening and service relocations.
