Parklands at Clarendon

Inertia provided civil engineering consultancy services to help in the transformation of an old rifle range located within the beautiful Somerset Regional Council. Services included operational works approvals, construction supervision/contract administration, and certification of the final civil products.

Located just a short drive away from Rifle Range and Fernvale, the 101-hectare site is set to be transformed into stunning rural home sites ranging in size from 3,593m² to 9,560m². Panned for release over 7 stages, Inertia is proud to be involved in the sustainable development of such a picturesque pocket of land.
