Inertia Engineering was appointed to assist in addressing a show-cause notice for the proposed use on site, that being a vehicle repair and storage yard. The Civil team undertook a due diligence analysis to identify the civil and flood engineering constraints and opportunities of the site. This analysis assisted in identifying development potential on site while respecting the local topography.

Given the site was very flat, the stormwater solution was the key driver in the ultimate layout on site, which was in time approved with conditions.
