Karingal Drive, Pimpama

The Northern Gold Coast development on Karingal Drive comprises 48 green title lots delivered in a single stage. A key challenge was proving a previous set of flood results was not consistent with neighbouring studies to avoid the need for a significant drainage infrastructure upgrade. Our civil team was successful, which was a massive win for the project, saving the client a significant amount of money.
