Karingal Drive, Pimpama

The Northern Gold Coast development on Karingal Drive comprises 48 green title lots delivered in a single stage. This is a significant number of lots to be delivered in one go, demonstrating Inertia’s growing capabilities in the land-subdivision space.

One particular tricky item is proving a previous set of flood results were not consistent with neighbouring studies to avoid the need for a significant drainage infrastructure upgrade. Our Civil team were successfully able to do so, which is a massive win for the project saving a significant amount of money for the client.

The project will see Inertia manage the detailed design (complete) before assisting Blades Project Services through construction contract negotiation and moving on to contract administration.
