Inertia provided civil, structural, and fitout engineering for these contemporary 8-level apartments on Maroochydore beach, featuring 72 apartments, a commercial tenancy, car parking, and amenities.

To reduce costs, Inertia optimised the structural design by squeezing the structure and getting out of the groundwater table. This strategic approach during the tender phase helped mitigate delays and additional expenses, enabling a smoother transition to construction.
