The One, West End

Inertia undertook the civil and structural design of the multi-storey apartment building located on a highly constrained site in West End.
The building comprises 64 luxury apartments over 8 levels plus 3 basements for parking. A recreation area is located on the roof, including a featured pool.

The challenges faced included a large stormwater pipe through the site, flooding constraints and limited location to fit key services. Inertia’s holistic understanding of all construction requirements helped the client reach a resolution on all issue.
