Inertia provided civil and structural design for a 64-apartment luxury building in West End, featuring 8 levels and 3 basement parking levels, with a rooftop recreation area including a pool.

Key challenges included managing a large stormwater pipe running through the site, addressing flooding constraints, and fitting essential services within the limited space available.
