Thrive – Old Gympie Rd, Dakabin
Inertia was engaged in this 39-lot subdivision project from the early development application stage, providing detailed flood modelling to support the proposed works and supervising construction to separate the subdivision site from the proposed childcare centre site.
Our team delivered comprehensive services, guiding the project through tendering and into construction. As Superintendent, we managed contract administration and oversaw the construction process to ensure successful delivery. The subdivision was completed on time and within budget.
