Aspire, Chermside

Aspire Chermside consists of one 9 storey tower compromising sixty-three 1,2, and 3 bedroom units and 3 levels of basement carparking.

Inertia Engineering was engaged to Project Manage the acquisition of the site, Development Approval, Operational Works Approvals, Building Works Approval and through construction to completion.  The development is set to become a benchmark for quality apartments in Chermside, with a high level of amenity and architectural design.

Through our familiarity with local development and knowledge of town planning codes, we saved the project’s developer over $200k by overturning the road widening and associated service relocations conditioned by the Brisbane City Council.

Inertia also provided the civil and structural design for the project which was completed in winter of 2019.
